Delivery

Goods are normally despatched within 12 working days from order. This delay enables us to individually produce the personalised items to your specification. Deliveries are normally  only to  UK mainland addresses, but contact us for quotations to non UK addresses. Note that there may be international shipping restrictions on some products, due to individual countries shipping regulations.

Single item deliveries will normally be made via Royal Mail at a cost of £2.50 and will take 2-3 days.

Multiple Items (3+)  normally shipped on next day carrier  DPD at a cost of £7.50.

Next day delivery is always available via DPD at a cost of £7.50.

DPD deliveries can be tracked via their website, please note all DPD deliveries require a signature.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, non personalised, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will also arrange a collection of the item/s, if and only the return/s is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For a refund - You should expect to receive your refund within 4 working days on receipt of the returned item/s. For an exchange - You should expect to receive your item/s within 14 working days on receipt of the returned item/s.
Please note, the time periods specified above do not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days).
We will always notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item/s.
